There’s something magical about the grasslands as they come to life after the brutal winter. As the freezing temperatures shift, flecks of yellow and green begin to peak out from the vast expanse of brown and gray. Then, seemingly at once, it all explodes into a sea of new and brilliant green as Spring holds forth.
There’s a fragrance that comes with this tidal wave of new life--sharp, and crisp. The smell of the new plants and grass gets carried for miles on the winds, riding the still cold, fresh air.
In our newest Limited Reserve, Medicine Bow, we have attempted to capture both the scents and the feeling of the grasslands in Spring. The fragrance opens with the dry and woody citrus notes of petitgrain which open to reveal fresh green clover, accented with the complexities of cannabis flower. While not for everyone, this dry yet verdant scent is perfect for the individualist who prefers to explore the wild mysteries of his life rather than solve them.

Each Fulton & Roark fragrance is designed to evoke a vivid feeling, and a sense of atmosphere and occasion. Using a blend of naturally sourced essential oils and premium fragrance ingredients, each cologne offers its own experience.
These highly concentrated solid colognes offer a long-lasting and steady fragrance designed to keep you fresh. More subtle than their liquid counterparts, F&R’s solids provide a personal fragrance--for those who are close to you, but not the whole office.
The solid metal containers travel easily in a gym bag, pocket or carry-on, allowing a man to smell his best no matter where he goes.
I’m a big fan of this new limited reserve. Each Fulton & Roark scent seems intentionally crafted for their own occasions, and this scent is no different. Medicine Bow is crisp, clean, and fresh. Energizing, in fact. It feels great to put on right after a shower. I wasn’t familiar with petitgrain prior to purchasing, but it’s best described as a cool, refreshing scent with just a bit of sharpness to it. "Verdant" was used in the description and I think that’s very accurate. Also - I was curious how the cannabis flower would smell, and it’s perfectly balanced. No bitterness or strong pinine - it's more a mild addition that really adds depth to this scent.
