WHOLESALE GROWTH MANAGER

Dallas, TX or Winston-Salem, NC


Job Description

The wholesale growth manager will be the face of Fulton & Roark to all current and prospective wholesale accounts.  The position is primarily responsible for growing relationships with current wholesale accounts as well as identifying and pursuing prospective accounts.  Examples of duties include:

  • sales responsibility for acquiring new accounts
  • analyzing customer data to find assortment gaps
  • communicating all new product and promotional launches to current retailers
  • Identify and pursue new retail channel opportunities
  • managing trade show presence for the brand

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate who:

  • can quickly and efficiently tackle problems for customers when deliveries, transactions, or experiences don't go as planned
  • possesses great written and oral communication skills
  • knows  the importance of proper grammar, spelling, and etiquette and can execute all three 
  • can discover and implement growth opportunities by looking through sales data
  • is process oriented and pays close attention to the details
  • has the ability to grasp new software programs quickly and is not afraid to teach herself/himself
  • is Microsoft excel or google sheets proficient 
  • appreciates that in a small company, no task is too big nor too small for any member of the team.
  • sales, account management, customer service, or retail experience is a plus

INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE: AGENCY OR INDEPENDENT 

Fulton & Roark is currently looking for Agencies and Independent Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team and service various territories throughout the US.
  • REQUIREMENTS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Well connected and have established relationships in men's apparel, lifestyle, active lifestyle, fashion and resort channels of distribution.
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Attends all relative regional and national trade shows
  • Provides retail and strategic information back to sales management
  • Supports all account needs: training, merchandising, assortment planning etc., while managing a positive relationship with all accounts in the territory
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
