MAP POLICY
All Fulton and Roark LLC (Fulton & Roark) products sold in the United States fall under this Unilateral MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy. Maintaining MAP across all platforms allows Fulton & Roark retail partners to maintain their margins and ensure a fair marketplace.
MAP requirement applies to the advertising of Fulton & Roark products displayed both inside and outside the walls of Fulton & Roark authorized retailers. Fulton & Roark strongly advises its retail partners to adhere to its MAP Policy in all forms of media, including but not limited to: newspapers, magazines, trade journals, television, catalogs, Internet, newsletters, posters, window signs, flyers, e-flyers, and price tags. Fulton & Roark products must be approved in advance for any and all store and online discounts. Approval is at the sole discretion of Fulton & Roark.
Fulton & Roark Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) can be found by accessing our Wholesale Portal (www.fultonandroark.com/wholesale).
Evidence of discounting and failure to adhere to the Fulton & Roark MSRP & MAP Sales Policies may result in suspension of purchasing privileges at the sole discretion of Fulton & Roark. Any action that Fulton & Roark takes as a result of a partner selling below MAP shall be unilateral in nature. By ordering Fulton & Roark products, you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions.

Prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars with no local or Federal taxes included. Terms & Conditions of Sale are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Third Party Platforms and Bundles
Customer is not permitted to list Fulton & Roark products on Amazon, any foreign Amazon affiliate, eBay, or any other third party e-commerce platform without prior written approval from Fulton & Roark. Failure to adhere to the procedures described in this paragraph may lead to the termination of Customer’s purchasing privileges.
Payment Terms
All first time orders must be prepaid. Customer may move to NET terms after their first order has shipped. Customer must always keep an updated credit card on file. We reserve the right to charge a credit card with any overdue invoice.
Method of Payment
Major Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) and Checks are accepted as a form of payment. Any methods of payment may be approved on a case by case basis.
Claims
All claims for quantity discrepancies, damages or lost shipments are the responsibility of the retailer. Any claims will not be accepted unless made within five (5) business days of receipt of goods.
Returns
Product returns are generally not accepted. However, they may be considered on a case by case basis and are at the discretion of Fulton & Roark.
Displays
You may not merchandise any product that is not Fulton & Roark on F&R retail displays. If you need any replacement samples or new signage at any time please let us know.
Applicable Law
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in a state court having jurisdiction in Forsyth County, North Carolina or a federal court in the Middle District of North Carolina, each of which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. Each party consents to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of such courts for said purposes and waives any defense with respect to any such action based upon forum non conveniens or lack of personal or subject matter jurisdiction.
